Partner Kevin Kruggel, CPA, CGMA, will discuss important pieces to include in your business plan, forming your entrepreneurial team of professional service advisors, deciding which legal entity (LLC, C Corporation, S Corporation) makes sense for you, and the basics of financial record keeping for new businesses.
