Hands-on management of the firm’s accounting/financial functions and assigned staff, including financial reporting, billing, cash flow, and A/R
Ownership of budgeting and internal financial functions, including proactive and flexible forecasting models
Leverage existing and new technology to support effective decision-making by firm leaders
Report to Managing Partner, with active involvement in major projects and initiatives, e.g. new technologies/tools, M&A analysis and integration, and innovation initiatives
Based in South Bend office; full-time schedule with overtime, and occasional travel to other offices and conferences/CPE
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
3-5 years in public accounting and an active CPA license
At least 2-4 years of experience in industry – ideally in a privately-owned company – with responsibility for month-end close, financial reporting, and staff supervision
An affinity for technology, e.g., dashboards, automating manual processes, integrating various applications, etc.
