Kruggel Lawton Team Recognized at INCPAS Celebration

L to R: Bill Heffelfinger, CPA, CGMA, Cambria Comer, CPA, Jess Keaton, CPA, Barry Hall, CPA, CGMA

Kruggel Lawton was well represented at this year's CPA Celebration in Indianapolis. Organized by the Indiana CPA Society, this annual event recognizes successful exam candidates and honors outstanding CPAs and related professionals making an impact in Indiana.

Cambria Comer, CPA, and Jess Keaton, CPA, who successfully passed all four parts of the exam and received their licenses earlier this year, joined the Kruggel Lawton team to celebrate.

Bill Heffelfinger, KL Partner, was also in attendance and received the Chair's Award. Presented by Barry Hall, KL Managing Partner and 2021-2022 INCPAS Board Chair, the Chair's Award recognizes the profound impact the recipient has had on their career or board service.

"As I am approaching the twilight of my professional career, there are many who have helped me along the way but none more than Bill," said Barry Hall. "Throughout the years, as I have taken on different roles in our current firm, Bill has always been the one I can go to for help or a listening ear. On numerous occasions, he has helped me see a different perspective."

The firm would also like to recognize Margene Zink, CPA, CGMA, KL Partner, who was nominated as one of this year's Women to Watch finalists, a brand new award introduced this year by INCPAS.
