Elkhart County 2017 Wage and Benefit Report Published

2017 Elkhart County Wage Benefit ReportKruggel Lawton is pleased to announce that the 2017 Wage & Benefit Report for Elkhart County is now available through the Economic Development Corporation of Elkhart County (EDC). Our staff worked diligently with the EDC to ensure the data collected was accurately tabulated and reported. Therefore, we encourage you to use this study to benchmark your employees’ compensation and benefits. Information was collected from 83 manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies and organizations doing business in Elkhart County. Not only does the publication include results as a whole from those 83 companies, but it also breaks the information out into smaller groups, as follows:

New this year are the following separate reports:

The wages report covers over 100 positions including management, production, technology, health and transportation.  Starting, average and top pay rates are reported for each position. Benefits information covers health insurance plans, costs, time off, retirement plans, financial incentives, training opportunities and child care assistance.
