Under the Afflicted Business Relief (ABR) Grant Program, the Michigan Department of Treasury will be administering $409 million to help Michigan businesses that experienced financial hardship due to Covid-19.

Eligibility Requirements

Michigan businesses that were in operation on October 1, 2019, are eligible to apply for an ABR grant if:

Application Process

Businesses can begin applying for the ABR at 8 am EST on Tuesday, March 1. All electronic applications must be submitted by March 31 to be considered.

Businesses interested in applying are encouraged to attend one of the following informational webinars hosted by the state Treasury Department:

February 17, 9 am - 10 am
February 22, 10 am - 11 am
