Tax Deadlines – June 15
- Individuals - Last day for nonresident alien individuals not subject to withholding to file income tax return for calendar year 2019. If you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien living and working (or on military duty) outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico, file your 2019 Form 1040 and pay any tax, interest, and penalties due. Otherwise, see April 15 deadlines. However, if you are a participant in a combat zone, you may be able to further extend the filing deadline.
- Estimated Tax - Individuals - make the second installment of your 2020 estimated tax, if you aren't paying your income tax for the year through withholding (or won't pay in enough tax that way). Use Form 1040-ES or pay by various electronic means. Calendar-year corporations must also pay second installment of 2020 estimated tax.
- Corporations - Last day for foreign corporations that do not maintain an office or place of business in the U.S. to file an income tax return (Form 1120F) for calendar year 2019.
