The key points of determining a business’ value for the sale of the business will be covered including: what is a business valuation and its importance, determining value based on assets and cash flow methods, weighing the impact of economic conditions and competition, using valuation to determine a purchase price, effects of valuation on financing and preparing the acquisition package for lenders.
Presenters: Doug Osthimer, Andy Kominowski, CPAs and certified valuation analysts with Kruggel Lawton
