Learn the factors to consider when putting your business up for sale, and how different buyers could affect your sale. Equally important, learn how to determine the value of a business from both the seller’s and the buyer’s perspective. Knowing how to value of a business helps you to negotiate through mergers and acquisitions, and is the key to the selling process.
