Kate joined the firm in 2020 after 15 years of tax preparation and consulting in both Indiana and California. She leads the delivery of tax services to clients, and coaches and supervises professional staff. She specializes in tax matters for a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, private equity groups and agriculture.

EXPERIENCE

Kate is involved at the partner level on tax engagements. Areas of service include:

• Tax compliance, specifically in complex pass-through entities
• Tax consulting, including business and structuring transactions
• Successful representation during IRS and state exams and audits
