Aaron joined the firm in 2017 with over 15 years of public accounting experience. He has served clients in auditing and accounting services related to a variety of industries. He is a member of the firm’s employee benefit plan practice, working out of the office in Knoxville, Tennessee.

EXPERIENCE
Aaron is involved at the partner level in audit, review and compilation engagements. He specializes in the audits of employee benefit plans. His areas of service include:

• Preparation and review of Form 5500s for retirement plans
• Manage and review audits of qualified  retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), governmental, health & welfare and pension plans
• Research of technical issues related to qualified retirement plans
• Consultation with clients on benefit plan setup as well as plan error corrections
• Work with the Department of Labor on behalf of clients to help with DOL audits or fines assessed related to late filings

INTRESTS
Aaron is an avid sports enthusiast. He can be found out on the golf course, running, and playing softball or volleyball. As a fan, he enjoys cheering on University of Tennessee student athletes. Some of his favorite moments, however, are when he gets to spend time with friends and family or travel to explore new destinations.
