Deadline for filing Michigan personal property statements. Form 5278 must be filed no later than February 22 for each personal property parcel for which the Eligible Manufacturing Personal Property exemption is being claimed. All businesses – File an information return (Form 1099) with the IRS for certain payments you made during 2015. There are different versions of Form 1099 for different types of payments. This is the deadline for filing a 2015 C corporation and S corporation return or extension. File a 2015 calendar year income tax return (Form 1120 or Form 1120S) and pay any tax still due. ACA Filing Deadline

March 31

Forms 1095-B and 1095-C are due to individuals by March 31, 2016. If you are a health insurance issuer, self-insured employer, government agency, or other entity that provides minimum essential coverage to an individual during a calendar year, you must report certain information about the coverage that you provide to the IRS. If your organization is an applicable large employer, you must report to the IRS information about the health care coverage, if any, that you offered to full-time employees.

Deadline to file individual tax returns (Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ) for the year 2015 or to request an Automatic Extension (Form 4868).
