EXPERIENCE

Terry has considerable experience developing and implementing organizational development, human resources (HR), and compensation programs. He regularly works with employers on recruiting candidates for professional and management positions, particularly Chief Financial Officer and Controller positions.
Terry helps facilitate Kruggel Lawton’s participation in the BDO Alliance USA, helping bring the extensive knowledge, depth, and expertise of BDO, the 5th largest global accounting network, to add even more value to clients.

Terry also actively participates in Kruggel Lawton’s outreach into our communities, helping connect people and resources, strengthen business and organizational capacity, and contributing to the firm’s growth.
